There are opportunities to participate in serving the community of Yardley Station as a Committee Member. This is a high value non voting position to help the board decide on projects and improvements. Please select any of these committees you would like to be part of:

• Architecture Committee – Includes rear deck design, paint color selection etc.
• Landscape Committee – planting selection, design and planning including any grounds of the entire 7 acre area.
• Finance Committee – advisory and overseer of YS investments. Engage with our PM and Certified Investment Advisor to ensure our finances are maximized.
• Board Oversight Committee. Develop a Board Code of Conduct Policy and work with the PM to engage when asked to settle a dispute or review a compliant of a board member.
