- Transition to the new Property Manager – Associa (they manage Yardley Walk). This a huge improvement at a LOWER monthly fee is a 20% savings from BCPM.
- Audit the YSCA, past and present; to know what we get for our money and where the money went. Yardley Station funds have been mostly not invested for more than 11 years and NEVER professional advised for its entire 25 years.
- Change tax accountants to GW Accounting which includes their certified investment advisor George Boyle.
