Proxy form to be used by owners to extend authority to any non deed tenant including rental tenant, spouse or offspring.
Scope of Proxy Authorization:
The proxy holder is authorized to exercise all rights that I/we hold as a unit owner(s) under the Yardley Station Condominium Association, including but not limited to:
- Running for and being elected to the Board of Directors of the Yardley Station Condominium Association.
- Voting on any matters or topics that are presented to the Yardley Station Condominium Association for a vote, including elections, policy changes, and special assessments.
- Participating fully in any meetings, activities, or decisions as an active resident of the Yardley Station Condominium Association, with the same rights and responsibilities as the unit owner(s).
Term of Proxy:
This proxy authorization shall remain in effect until revoked in writing by the owner(s), the sale of the unit, or until [date], whichever occurs first.
Revocation of Proxy:
I/We reserve the right to revoke this proxy authorization at any time by providing written notice to the Yardley Station Condominium Association.
